Russell F. Hackmann, CFA, is the president of Hackmann Wealth Partners. Russell has over 25 years’ experience advising individuals and institutions on wealth and risk management. Prior to founding Hackmann Wealth Partners, Russell served as president of Axio Group and Axio Insurance Services, a New York-based securities and insurance distribution company. In addition, Russell served as Global Head of Variable Annuity Reinsurance at Swiss Re and held various executive positions in the derivatives business of Lehman Brothers, Bank of America, and UBS. Russell earned a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service, an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Clare Hare is vice president, client executive at Hackmann Wealth Partners. Her experience as an independent strategy consultant involved working for a diverse client base ranging from corporate clients to nonprofit organizations and delivering high-quality client service. Previously, she worked as an Engagement Manager for SVP Partners-Connecticut, a venture philanthropy fund that offers volunteer consulting expertise and provides financial grants to nonprofit organizations. During her early career, Clare worked in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in the mortgage and corporate finance group and at McKinsey & Co. as a research assistant.
Clare graduated with an MBA in finance from the University of Chicago and a BS in applied math and economics from Brown University. Clare is a recently elected member of the Board of Governors of the Brown Alumni Association and has served as its treasurer.
Jeannie Summo is the vice president, operations at Hackmann Wealth Partners. Prior to joining Hackmann Wealth Partners, Jeannie spent 20 years as a director at PwC LLP, leading countless complex audit projects, preparing detailed internal guidance for implementation by U.S. auditors, and formulating ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of technical processes. Prior to PwC, Jeannie served as technical staff to the Auditing Standards Board at the American Institute of CPAs, the chief rule-making body of the auditing profession in the U.S. Throughout Jeannie’s career, she has been dedicated to delivering high-quality operations service, both internally and externally, to large and small, public and private companies in a variety of industries.
Jeannie graduated cum laude with a BBA in accounting from Siena College and is a licensed CPA in New York State.
Bryan Nicolaysen serves as a vice president, client executive at Hackmann Wealth Partners. Bryan is also a senior vice president at Retirement Architecture, a national financial planning organization. Bryan’s background is in advanced tax planning and asset preservation strategies. Bryan’s experience in financial planning and the implementation of tax strategies brings strategic value to all the clients at Hackmann Wealth Partners.
Jack Young is an associate at Hackmann Wealth Partners. He has experience working as a financial advisor for institutional, individual, and high-net-worth clients. Before joining Hackmann Wealth Partners, Jack worked in the financial consulting division of AXA Equitable, AXA Advisors, LLC, providing strategic financial planning advice to clients in the Empire NY region. Jack’s energy and determination is evident in his commitment to providing insight and exceptional service to clients. Jack graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Cazenovia College.
